roasts and fish and junior rigs.

yesterday was pretty intense.

woke up slung to a call from loky at 9am.
'ed, coffee at boucla in 10 - then we need to get those flicks for boatshed done'

heavy - getting gear ready in 10 minutes is no easy feat, especially if you have no idea if batteries are charged or flat, where your memory cards are or where the hell you last saw all your reflectors and light stands.
i got it done. long mac topped up three sugars.
pulled up at 'boatshed', got the obligatorys out of the way and down to business.
shot some roast beef, a various species of fish.
having done very little food photography i utilised the same lighting techniques used in the past to photograph fauna.
It made for some interesting scenarios which both the client and i were extremely happy with.

after that it was straight off to set up for the evenings shoot.
